BNB is the coin of the largest exchange in crypto, which means a lot of players already hold it and can fund an account without swapping anything first. A BNB casino is a convenience play. This BNB casino review page covers where the coin came from, the burn mechanism that makes it unusual, and what we verified before listing.
What BNB is, and the burn that defines it
Binance sold BNB in a July 2017 ICO that raised around $15 million, at a time when nobody knew whether the exchange would last a year. It launched as an ERC-20 token on Ethereum and moved to Binance's own chain in 2019. Its original job was simple: pay trading fees on Binance and get a discount.
What makes BNB genuinely different from most coins is deflation by design. Binance committed to destroying tokens until the supply falls from the original 200 million to 100 million. Early on this was a quarterly burn based on exchange profits; since 2021 it has run on an auto-burn formula tied to BNB's price and block production, with the numbers published each quarter. Whether that is sound economics or a well-marketed buyback is a fair argument, but it is transparent and it is verifiable on-chain.
Today BNB is also the gas token of BNB Smart Chain, so it does the same job ETH does on Ethereum, for a fraction of the cost.
The one thing to get right
BNB has historically existed on two chains: BNB Smart Chain, which casinos use, and the older Beacon Chain, retired in 2024. Anything you deposit today should go over BNB Smart Chain, and the casino's cashier will say so. Confirm it before sending, because there is no recovering a misdirected transfer.
Pros and cons of BNB casinos
Pros
- Transfers confirm in under a minute for a few cents
- Huge existing user base, so most players already hold BNB and skip the conversion step
- A published, verifiable burn schedule rather than vague supply promises
- Same wallet and chain as USDT and USDC, so a stable-value option is one click away
Cons
- BNB's value is tied to one company's fortunes more tightly than any other major coin
- Binance's regulatory history, including the $4.3 billion US settlement in 2023, is part of the risk you carry
- Picking the wrong chain is an easy and unrecoverable mistake
- Fewer casinos take BNB specifically than take USDT on the same network

- A verified gambling license, confirmed at the regulator
